Hello! We are Javier and Lola, the founders of Living Pilates in Fuengirola. We want to welcome you to our Pilates center and tell you a little about ourselves.
We are passionate about Pilates and believe in its ability to improve people's quality of life. So we decided to create Living Pilates, a place where we were able to combine our passion for Pilates with our dedication to helping others.
As we have previously indicated, we have been in the world of fitness for more than 30 years and we have extensive experience in this sector. We also have high-level training in Pilates, with numerous schools endorsed by the PMA (Pilates Method Alliance). and classic Pilates by the Spanish School of Authentic Pilates (eedap.com) We also have training in osteopathy, biomechanics, muscle activation and active global stretching.
We have worked to create a welcoming and professional environment in our center, where you can enjoy a unique Pilates experience.
Our Pilates studio
The studio has an area of 115m2, is very bright and well ventilated. In addition, we have the latest generation machines, which stand out for the incorporation of innovative systems such as quick change of foot bar positions, spring bar and quick and precise adjustment pulleys, which offer an extra smooth glide.
